Institut Lyonnais provides two kinds of activities in
addition to language classes:
Every
month, one or several
visits or trips are organised in Lyons
and its suberbs: museums, historic buildings, exhibitions, etc. The program
of these visits is provided at the beginning of each semester
or before 'Summer University'.

Vienne, a gallo-roman city, and its surroundings have a 2500 years old historical heritage. Each year in July, Vienne hosts one of the most famous Jazz festivals in the world.

Nestled in the foot of the Alps, in the Montagne de l'Epine, the Lac d'Aiguebelette is situated at the gateway of Savoy. It is the third natural lake of France.
The magnificent emerald green colour of Lac d'Aiguebelette - its name means "beautiful little waters" - gives it a fairylike dimension of calmness and serenity.
