Le Théâtre des Célestins
The theater 'Les Celestins', a XIXth
century italian edifice, was renovated in 1991.
Born in 1792 this theater has a unique
history.
In sipte of two fires (in 1871 and 1880),
it knew how to resist against the odds, and
conserve its memory: a monastery, a monk
who became a Pope under the name of Celestin V,
and a church which holds theatrical events.
The theater 'Les Célestins' is
now a center of dramatic art. |
